This month we turn a spotlight on Tagless Threads
We’ve used a few designers before inksoft’s but half the time they didn’t work, were too slow, and getting anyone to help us was dreadful.

The Interview
Tell us about Tagless Threads
With passion for art and design, we decided the world needed an apparel printing company that was going to provide high quality printing at an affordable cost. You can come in with an idea and we will guide you the entire way through your journey of Custom Printed T-shirts. Whether you are starting with a sketch, or have your specifications ready for us, we can help you at any step of the process. Our ideal Client is any creative mind that works toward the common goal of creating a high quality product that will be sure to impress or serve as a marketing tool to grow our economy. We are big on educating our Clients as best as we can because we feel it makes the process run as smoothly as possible. As we always say, “An educated Client is a happy Client”.
Since 2005, we have thrived on adding new and exciting techniques to offer only the best to our Clients. We specialize in premium quality soft-hand inks at no additional cost. You should not have to pay additional fees for the best quality impressions in both look and feel. We operate with trusted M&R Automatic equipment for Screen Printing and Brother equipment for Digital Printing.
To make sure we appeal to all types of Clients, we have two ways in which an order can be placed. If you prefer one on one experience, you can call or email us anytime to talk T-shirts. If you prefer to order at your own free will, you can do so by using our Online Designer.
Why is InkSoft important to you?
We needed an additional order option for clients which will allow them to customize t-shirts and place orders online 24/7. We’ve used a few designers before inksoft’s but half the time they didn’t work, were too slow, and getting anyone to help us was dreadful. Inksoft’s customer service is outstanding. If we notice a glitch or need help of any kind, I always have someone respond within 24 business hours. This is very important to us because this enables us to run the business instead of troubleshooting issues ourselves.
What is your favorite feature?
We love it all! The features the designer offers to our Clients when they upload their artwork; it lets them know if their image is low resolution for printing, also magically sees the exact colors in the uploaded artwork and allows the Client to narrow them down to a few to save money. We also love that we can create a design in minutes & our Clients can make them their own instantly. Being able to offer an easy way for a Client to have a design is key.
How are you marketing your InkSoft website?
We’re not telling! I will say that inksoft offers a lot of tools to help you with social media, even if you have a small budget for marketing.
Thanks for posting this success story, but what is the point of it if it doesn’t cover how they market their site.
Hi Ed: Hopefully the examples given in ‘What Tagless is Doing Right’ sheds light on ways to use InkSoft to drive more business. Testimonials, Gallery & Portfolio, and use of Custom Content are great ways to increase conversion. I wish Tagless would share more concerning their marketing efforts–but it’s a lot to ask a business to give up their marketing strategy.
I wouldn’t expect them to give complete details of their marketing approach, but a few pointers would be helpful.
I think Ed is missing the point, Testimonials on your site or Facebook, gallery & Portfolio, and custom content are all ways to market your company…get the word out and show off your work. If you did have that you can be successful if not doing just that. Tip: taking pictures of your work and posting them on your Facebook page…this can be your portfolio and testimonials page, first tip is free… 🙂
It appears that tagless threads has stopped using the designer or I can’t find it on their website. Strange that you guys should continue to market them.
