In the next InkSoft software release you will find a redesign of both packing slips and work orders! See examples of the new layout and design below. Click each thumbnail to see a larger preview.
That’s awesome.
Will this format also apply to invoices/quotes? I only ask because at the moment you are unable to print out a packaging slip or work order for invoices/quotes generated. It would be nice if they got a makeover as well 🙂
This is by design. Consider that each product can have multiple print regions / designs. We made the decision to dedicate the necessary space. You might consider printing front AND back of each page if you want to reduce paper consumption. This, or save / use the PDF version rather than print.
This new features looks awesome! I really like the look of the new work orders as opposed to just the one sheet. What’s nice is you can just choose which pages to print and which not to print ! (:
My question is when will this be available for use?
Thanks for the response. I’m still having issues with both of the templates (packing and work order) not showing up at all when I go to print them out. I’ve made sure the work orders are set up similarly to the example above in order to see if that would trigger the template. Spoke with customer service about this and they are baffled as to why its not loading. Any help at this point would be awesome

Yes indeed! The new packing slip / work order applies to online orders AND quotes / invoices!!
just printed the first orders with the new template. Is it supposed to be that one order prints each item on a separate page?
Indeed. One order per page.
It’s printing a single product per order per page, this is a ridiculous waste of paper and printer toner.
