Online Stores Enhancement: Form Added to Contact Us Function

The easier it is for your customers to contact you, the happier they’ll be””which means a good buying experience for them, and a more profitable business for you.

This is why we’ve added a form to the Contact Us link in the top navigation of stores built on the new Online Stores platform. This gives your customers the freedom to reach out to you in the way that works best for them. Instead of copying an email address into another window, they can simply type out their message right within the store.

After the customer submits the form, they’ll see a success notification, and their message will be sent to the primary InkSoft admin’s email address.

How to edit the Contact Us function

To customize the Contact Us box, toggle the edit mode in your store and go to Settings. There, you’ll be able to edit your contact information. You can also choose to show a Google map of your business location. To remove the Contact Us link from the navigation entirely, edit the header component.
