We are thrilled to announce that we’ve welcomed four brand-new Success Squad members to the InkSoft team! In between their training, we grabbed a few minutes to ask them about themselves and what they’re looking forward to. Here’s what they shared.
Barbara Broadnax
Hi, I’m Barbara! I’ve spent the last six years or so working in mobile technology and doing freelance graphic design. I love working with people to help them get the most out of their technology, which is why I’m excited about joining the team at InkSoft!
Ashley Hendrickson
Hi there! My name is Ashley and I am thrilled to be a part of the Inksoft crew. My background includes customer service in the cellular world as well as in the beauty industry as a hair stylist, where I had to earn customers’ trust in order to recommend products and services that would fit their needs and desires.
I was born and raised in west Texas, but I have been in Phoenix now for over 8 years. When I’m not working, I enjoy hiking with my awesome dog Kaia, traveling to new places, and spending time with the people I love!

I’m very excited to begin my career at InkSoft! My professional background consists of three years in retail, with two of those years in management. My specialty is merchandising and marketing apparel. I love that InkSoft focuses on making the customer satisfied and really working with them to improve their business. I’m looking forward to bringing a retail perspective to InkSoft, along with excellent customer service!
In my spare time I help people better their lives through health and fitness. I also love to travel, and take my dog with me everywhere I go.
