We are thrilled to announce that we’ve welcomed two new Success Squad members to the InkSoft team! In between their training, we grabbed them for a few minutes to ask them about themselves and what they’re looking forward to. Here’s what they shared.

“Hey everyone!
I’m new to the Success Squad and I’m loving it here at InkSoft!
I’ve already had a chance to work with some of you which has been great and I’m looking forward to meeting the rest of you all too! My background is in customer service and technical support so, problem-solving is a core skill of mine. Everyone here has been so nice and supportive so, I’m feeling right at home.
A little about me, I’m born and raised in Arizona. I love all things a mid-twenties guy should. Movies and TV, video games, internet, music, hanging out with friends, spending time with my family and girlfriend, cats (of course) etc. I’m looking forward to a challenging and rewarding career here at InkSoft and of course, helping all of you!”
Rosie Granados
Hola, I’m Rosie and I am super excited to be a part of the InkSoft family!
I bring 11 years of customer service, technical support, and training experience to the team.
I pride myself in taking ownership of each call to ensure a positive customer experience.
When I’m not working I love to watch movies and spend time with my basset hound Copper. I also enjoy traveling to my home state of Texas to visit my family.
