My degree from Columbia College Chicago may be in Television Writing and Producing, but support is where I have earned my highest honors. I started out as a Customer Support Representative with an ink manufacturing company in the western suburbs of Chicago. This is where I learned the importance of good service, and although I enjoyed it immensely, when the company relocated to Cincinnati I was under an obligation as a staunch OSU opposer that I simply could not make the move. Just kidding! In all honesty, I needed to move to warmer climates because my little Hobbit feet just couldn’t take the icy cold winters.
My journey to Los Angeles was long, but warm and I found myself once again in the support realm at Legalzoom.com. I started my 4.5 years there as a Business Escalation Representative and was able to talk our customers off the ledge so well that I advanced to our VIP Team and became a Supervisor. While my time at Legalzoom taught me patience, compassion and empathy, I needed to move on to advance my skills in Tech Support.
That landed me at Audio Digest Foundation, where I spent over a year in Tech Support assisting medical professionals use our website and mobile application. Do not be fooled, going through how to use the website was almost as stressful as performing Brain Surgery.
Family has always been at the forefront of my life, and I made the decision to move to Arizona to be closer to my family. I am so excited for the new chapter in my life, and even more excited to be a part of the InkSoft Team!
