Christian Blanco
Hi, everyone! My name’s Christian and my background is in customer service and support, as well as in graphic design. I am originally from Los Angeles, but I’ve been here in Arizona for almost 20 years now. I am married, and my wife Megan and I have a SUPER high-energy husky/german shepherd mix puppy named Milo.
I have a passion for helping people with technology. My past experience includes working for Apple for 5 years as a trainer, and I loved helping people get the most out of their hardware and software. In my new role at InkSoft, I’ll be bringing my background knowledge in design, customer service and support, and technical support expertise to InkSoft customers as they use the platform to grow their businesses.
When I’m not spending time with my family and friends, my hobbies include drawing (I do character design and illustration on the side) and playing video games. And when I have the opportunity, I love traveling!
Jennette Brooks
Hi everyone, my name is Jennette and I am excited to be a part of the Inksoft team! I have previously worked in higher education, most recently working with Arizona State University to assist their students through the application and admissions process. I have worked in a support or customer service capacity for over 10 years and am looking forward to applying my experience here at Inksoft!
I am an Arizona native and have lived in the Phoenix area for 12 years. I love music, poetry, cooking, movies and relaxing at home with my husband and our 4 (yes, I know it is unreasonable) dogs.
Jerry Osborne
Jerry is no stranger to the printing industry, having spent 30 years as an offset/digital pressman as well as a production specialist in all phases of the printing process. Before joining InkSoft, he worked for ten years at a full service printer here in Arizona. Jerry is a qualified graphic and web designer and holds an A.A.S. degree in Information Science Technology from Penn State University, as well as a certificate in Digital Art. He currently attends Arizona State University finishing his B.S. degree in Graphics Information Technology. Here at InkSoft, Jerry will be on the Success Squad providing training and support for all aspects of our software.
Jerry is married and has two boys and one grandson. He spends most of his free time with his younger son and grandson, shaping their lives around school work and athletics. His oldest son is a member of the United States Navy as an Aviation Technician for an F-18 Hornet squadron based in Virginia Beach.
