Enter: the Chief User Experience Officer (CUXO) role. Created to bridge the missions of holistic product innovation and user experience excellence, and we knew the leader tapped to fill it would need a uniquely broad skill-set. And a deep hunger to reach new heights.
Ladies and gentlemen, we’re thrilled to introduce you to Michael Wolf — our ideal candidate for the job.
Michael Wolf, Chief User Experience Officer
Michael Wolf is stepping into the CUXO position for InkSoft and our sister company, GraphicsFlow, but it won’t be the first time he’s stepping into a position with us. In fact, Michael’s a veteran InkSoft team member, having already been a part of our team for more than seven years.
In 2014, he came on board as a Front End Developer and UI Designer. Then, after impressing just about everyone he came into contact with, he was promoted to UX Designer — and then Director of Product Development not too long after that. (You know us: when we find exceptional talent, we’ve got no choice but to hand them the reins.)
Since 2019, Michael’s been an invaluable force to our whole product team, continually pushing the boundaries and keeping an eye on the big picture. So, when the Chief User Experience Officer role came into focus, he was a natural choice.
The primary goal of the CUXO job description is wide-lens by nature: to curate and maintain an engaging — and impactful — holistic user experience for both InkSoft and GraphicsFlow. The key will be ensuring products are intuitive, easy to adopt, and hitting the highest notes of user satisfaction across all demographics, allowing us to provide as much value as possible to as many of you as possible.
A hefty goal, but we’re sure Michael’s up for the challenge.

Michael’s team has just as much confidence in his capabilities. “Engaging with customers and understanding their problems, needs, and wants is the key to delivering exceptional user experiences,” they say. “With Michael leading the charge, we have every faith that we’ll accumulate more data, learn more about our customers, and move the business further forward than ever before.”
Humbled and eager to get started, Michael makes it clear how exciting he finds this opportunity to be. “Getting the chance to work closely with customers and witness the real-time impact of our products and services is going to be a true game-changer,” he exclaims. “I couldn’t be more excited to start digging in.”
With his diverse background in development, user experience design, and product management, it’s like Michael’s career path was molded specifically with this role in mind. But hard skills aside, it’s his creativity, meticulousness, and determination to exceed expectations that continue to set him apart.
“The point is, productive customers are happy customers,” Michael sums up. “And I’m more than ready to hone in on what’s working and what’s not across the entire customer experience.”
