Introducing InkSoft Business Tools
Think about all the tedious daily bottlenecks and activities required to run a print shop.
You have to create and send quotes, invoices, and art approvals, collect and process payments and keep track of all the moving parts like production scheduling and ordering products. Crazy right?
We think software should liberate business people away from the mundane and repetitive tasks. Instead, business people should reallocate this time savings back into running their business. This is why we invented InkSoft Business Tools.
Business Tools will allow you to create and send professional web invoices, quotes, and art approvals. Your clients can approve online, add their comments and even make payment on invoices. You can use the robust calendar to organize tasks, production and more.
Business Tools is an important addition to InkSoft. Click the button below to learn more about Business Tools.
What about Jobs we receive from inside the store and payments, For example we have our own numbering for invoices in store and another for online inksoft orders. Would we be able to custom change the invoice numbers to match our in store numbers? Also what about recording payments we receive in store (deposit or full) We use a credit card terminal, and accept cash, would we record these orders on the Business Tools to keep all our jobs together?
Besides those questions it looks amazing and smooth. I cant wait till it comes out. Is there an exact release date yet?
Brian:
