On Friday, May 1, 2015 at 9:00 PM PST, the InkSoft Network will be undergoing a complete server migration. During the migration, the entire InkSoft system will be down for approximately 24-72 hours. This means that your stores will not be functional and you will not have access to the InkSoft backend. Note that the actual down time for each InkSoft user may be considerably less than the total migration period, but expect periods of unavailability during the migration.
InkSoft has made a major investment in all-new, state-of-the-art server hardware within a new datacenter location. We’ve been working diligently to configure, tune and test the new equipment. We are pleased to announce that the new hardware is ready to go into service. There are many technical “˜under the hood’ benefits to this new equipment in terms of speed increases and security. We are very excited about this upgrade and what it will offer InkSoft Users.
Please make appropriate arrangements in preparation for this improvement to our system. We will take every precaution to ensure the migration goes as smooth as possible.
