New Feature: Gift Certificate Report
InkSoft has an optional feature for selling and issuing electronic gift certificates. When enabled, shoppers can purchase and send an electronic gift certificate to the recipient of their choosing. Additionally, InkSoft Admins can use this feature to bulk issue gift certificates. This is handy for both marketing and customer service applications such as issuing store credit for employees to use at online company ‘merch’ stores.
We have added a new report that allows InkSoft Admins to gain a deeper insight into gift certificate issuance and performance. Using this report you can view balance, status, issuer details, receiver details and order numbers associated to gift certificate usage.
