We’ve made a new update to the InkSoft Product Detail Report. This change continues our goal of making Reports inside the platform as comprehensive as possible.
Here’s what’s new:
We recently updated reporting in InkSoft by removing the Personalization Report and consolidating it down to the Product Detail Report. Based on customer feedback, we learned that some customers used the original report to only view orders with personalization associated.
To save you time, we’ve added a filter option to Product Detail Reports that only displays orders created that feature personalization.
Here’s how to use it:
- You’ll see a new dropdown menu that defaults to ‘All Products.’
- When you click on the dropdown menu, you’ll see the following options:
- All Products (Default selected and will show ALL products)
- Products with Personalization (Show products with Personalization ONLY)
- Products without Personalization (Show products with No Personalization ONLY)
Staying Organized and Efficient with the Product Detail Report
The report update helps you run your business more efficiently in a couple of ways:
- Time savings: With the three drop-down options, you have a faster way to look up products with or without personalization, saving you and your team time.
- Production planning: Having an easy way to look up all your orders that need personalization also means you and your production team have an easier way to prioritize which jobs come first in the production queue.
