MaxProfit 2018 Speaker Bios
Mark Coudray
For the past 30 years, Mark has been developing and implementing digital technologies for the specialty printing industry. His work has been published globally in more 500 articles, papers, and columns in multiple industry publications for more than 35 years.
Current activities involve the strategic planning, direction, and transition for companies moving from an analog marketing delivery model to a digital model.
Mark is actively involved in the R&D of sales, marketing, and analytically driven social media technologies as well as the implementation into commercial environments.

Tom Rauen
Tom Rauen founded Envision Sports Designs custom screen printing and embroidery after graduating from the University of Dubuque in 2005. In 2011, Tom broke the Guinness World Record for wearing the most t-shirts at once with 247 t-shirts.
He started the Screen Print Marketing Blog and Facebook Group in 2015 for consulting with other printers in the industry and sharing his sales and marketing expertise.
He has been recognized for the Dubuque Rising Star award, 365 Impact Award for Community Pride, University of Dubuque Alumni of Merit, JCI Outstanding Young Iowan, Young Professionals Business of the Year and Chamber Member’s Choice Award for Excellence in Social Media and Business of the Year.

Alan Howe
Alan Howe is a native of Detroit Michigan with 30 years of industry experience. He entered the industry in 1987 with an equipment manufacturer and has since held technical-sales and management positions with well-known companies including Jay Products and Easiway Systems.
Alan resides in Columbiaville Michigan and is a Technical Sales Representative for the SAATI Chemical Division of SAATI Americas. As a seminar speaker, with many articles published, he is a familiar face at trade shows and industry events.
Alan has also traveled the world as a short-term missionary and still is involved in humanitarian efforts locally, domestically and worldwide.

Marshall Atkinson
Marshall Atkinson is the program manager for the InkSoft Production Manager Tool.
This software targets decorated apparel shops to easily automate production scheduling, help make proactive decisions and understand shop production metrics to build better efficiency.
A veteran of operational leadership in large contract apparel decorating shops, Marshall frequently contributes to industry trade magazines and speaks at trade shows. He shares relevant content through the InkSoft blog, videos, webinars, live events, and the InkSoft Podcast The Big Idea.
Brad Sullivan
Brad Sullivan is a performance driven leader with the unique ability to turn insights into action. He started his career at P&G where he learned the fundamentals of marketing in a world class organization. His next move steered him to Newell Rubbermaid where he worked in the field and experienced “the moment of truth” every single day. These unique experiences led him to Holloway Sportswear.
At Holloway, Brad is the Senior Director of Key Accounts and is responsible for building growth by driving partnerships.
JP Hunt
JP is a coffee enthusiast and technology addict. He’s also the co-founder of InkSoft, an Inc 500 fastest-growing software company that provides a complete solution for decorators to sell online and grow their businesses.
With over 10 years of experience in the industry, his focus is on weaving together digital marketing and strategic planning to solve the problems printers face every day.
