During our “Thought Starter” podcasts, we’ll dive into all kinds of different ways you can grow your print business. We’ll bring up a topic, share a few examples, and leave you with some questions to ask yourself and a game plan for execution. We won’t have all the answers, but we’ll definitely get the creative juices flowing for you.
Best of all, these things can be implemented quickly to move the needle — they won’t be elaborate processes that take ages to execute. Just quick wins.
Episode #1 – The Print Hackathon
This week we start by digging into a process that is typically reserved for software development “” the “hackathon.”A hackathon is a way to define a specific time for your teams to work on something outside their normal workload, to try and innovate a solution to a problem.What if we did something similar in the print industry? We’d probably see some cool innovations and definitely see more engagement with our teams.
