InkSoft Town Hall: Where We Are and What’s Up Next
It’s been a busy few months over here at InkSoft!
We’ve recorded a “Town Hall” video to bring you up to speed on recent features that have been added to InkSoft platform, as well as offer a glimpse of the exciting developments that are brewing in the InkSoft pipeline.
Highlights from the Town Hall
Co-Founder JP Hunt offers a retrospective on our last quarter:
- The release of the new Online Stores platform
- Accomplishing 26 product deliverables

Since the last quarter, we’ve seen the average transaction dollar value for Online Stores grow by 39%, and sales are averaging $1,300 per store!

Design Studio
The Design Studio will be a main focus of Q3. As we continue to works towards the eventual release, be on the lookout for training videos. In the meantime, here is our plan going forward:
- Update – Solving key usability issues for every instance of the Design Studio
- Deploy – Implement the Design Studio into the Online Stores platform seamlessly
- Enhance – “End User’s Product Catalog” will allow for product dedicated pages, which can significantly organize your sales process
Rapid Product Creator
Rapid Stores Creator has changed the game, allowing you to create a team, company, or fundraising store in minutes. Building off of this momentum, we’re developing the Rapid Product Creator, which will allow you to create products in no time. The biggest improvement with this will be the speed of product creation. Once you create a product, it’ll be live with no rendering issues.
Say you’re on the phone with your customer and they want to see logo X on product Y. Once you create it, all your customer has to do is refresh his browser, and boom! It’s there. Our goal is to make the entire store creation process (including setting up all of the products) as quick and as easy as possible.

Have you guys given any consideration to a Zapier integration?
Hey Jason, thanks for the question. In terms of time frame, it is from the creation of the store to its closing. The duration of a store varies greatly based on the selling opportunity. Some stores are pop ups while others long-term company fulfillment stores. For Zapier, as of now we have no plans of integration.
