Please try a way to speed up Mobile Photo Upload process, users ( buyers ) should be able to upload their images from their phones right away instead of sending emails back and forth. Reason people buy with their phones is they are in a hurry, and they don’t want to deal with sending emails and then wait, thats not fun when you try to do it on your phone I am very sure inksoft is already aware of it, % of mobile purchases VS Desktops is increasing everyday and passed Desktops/Laptops way long time ago.
Zack: Thanks for the comment. Handling high resolution photography takes time unfortunately. Current, email is the best method. We are always optimizing and seeking ways to boost speed and function. We will have our team review to see if anything is possible here. Thanks again for sharing your feedback.
